Really lovely way to start our Sri Lanka trip , the property is situated just a little way out of Negombo town, but easy access via tuk tuk or car. We preferred being just a little bit out of town as it was very peaceful , almost like an oasis . Amilla and Rasica were great hosts and couldn't do enough to make our stay more comfortable. They gladly prepared some home
cooked meals that were absolutely fantastic (better than in some of the restaurants !)

Tout! Les chambres, le personnel adorable, et l’immense piscine et le fait que nous étions seuls. Jolie vue sur la lagune. Tout était hyper confortable.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und das Personal stets bemüht uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker!
Allerdings ist die Lage nicht optimal, die Unterkunft ist sehr abgelegen und man kriegt den Fliegerlärm total ab. Die Insektengitter und Türen waren überall undicht weshalb wir viele Insekten und Geckos im Zimmer hatten. Dafür fanden wir den Preis zu hoch angesetzt.

The friendliness of the staff & the cooking of the main guy, which was excellent
Being woken at 2 a.m. by what I think was a returning young member of staff talking -well in my book shouting- right outside my room.
I also had to wear earplugs, as there is a VERY noisy malfunctioning electric pump outside the room ( Room 1 )
