Système boîte à a clé très pratique. Emplacement au calme, proche verdure, chien acceptés, emplacement parking juste devant, joli appartement hyper propre, grand, pièces bien équipées (sauf qq détails), belle salle d'eau, canapé confortable, grande TV, bien isolé phoniquement..un bon rapport qualité prix.

Clim réversible dans salon cuisine qui réchauffe mais un peu frisquet dans la chambre, radiateur impossible à démarrer. Chambre : manque d'aération (elle est en fond d'appartement), pas table de nuit, matelas un peu ferme à notre goût. Cuisine : manque hotte aspirante, maniques, bols. Salle d'eau : de quoi accrocher/poser vêtements.

La propreté des lieux et la déco. La maison moderne, les équipements pour un séjour sympathique. Réponse rapide des propriétaires est un petit plus agréable. Je recommande ce logement.

The bedroom has no windows, and the apartment is very dark. 3. The front door is made of glass and provides little security. 4. Both the decoration and the kitchen utensils (glasses, cutlery, pots, pans) or the usual household appliances are very scarce. 5. The walls are not soundproofed and you can hear noises everywhere. Quiet at 21:00, but noises and banging can be heard from above and especially to the left of the living room throughout the afternoon. However, it should be mentioned that the landlord acted immediately to stop them. 6. Cleanliness could be improved: Hair stuck to the bathroom walls. 7. There were no sheets (duvet cover) nor towels unless you pay €10 for the stay. 8. On arrival, the beds are unmade. Yoy find the sheet on the bed and you have to make the bed and open the sofa on your own. 9. They leave you a trash bag that you have to put in the trash can yourself, but at check-out they tell you that you have to take out the trash. They also tell you that you have to wash all the dishes. 10. There is only one roll of toilet paper. 11. I get the impression that many rules are imposed after paying for the stay that are not detailed in the booking, and that this could cause misunderstandings between both parties. For instance, they say pets are free, but after booking I received a message saying “on request, up to €150,” which is contrary to what Booking says. All in all, This is probably the usual way of doing things for housing in France, but I think it falls far short of the standards we can see in Italy or Spain. A 5 is a good mark for the apartment. I wouldnt come back.
