Clean and tidy
Shower lack of dessert plates and forks laundry floor ?? Having to tell our friends they had to leave by 10:00 pm

There was no breakfast, but wasn't expecting any. The location was great as it was only 5mins from our job site and close to the the center of town. It was also on a pretty quiet street.
The only fault I can find with the property apart from it not having an ensuite, is that if you want to move around upstairs without waking up the household, including the neighbors, there is no chance of that happening as the floorboards upstairs creak like crazy when you walk around, including the timber stairwell, which makes a lot of noise when used.
