East & West Seaside Apartments

Luxury villa with an elevator. Great apartment just across the beach. Enough space for 4 people, although the attic could be only a place to sleep for small children, with 2 mattresses on the floor . The bathroom and the kitchen modern and are very well equipped. Parking free on the alley in front or backside of the villa. Great terrace with sea view. Small harbor on front with 2 fishing boats but adapted for touristic cruise around. We had 1 day trip boat with great captain Lefteris recommended by the hosts. On the ground floor is a shop with all your daily needs. There are separate outside entrance to the apartment and a private entrance to the shop. Friendly hosts Christina and Nikos which administrates also the shop. The town itself is small and quiet, good for relaxing. Over the road, on the clean sandy beach there are some trees, sunbeds and tables. Cristal water for swimming. 3-4 taverns with fresh fish and seafood in the nearby. Great fish tavern Stella Hyatt and good Gyros in Agios Georgios, 9 km away. Excellent vineyard and view from Vriniotis Winery in Loutra Gialtra on top of the hill. Great beaches on the Gulf of Edipssos, especially Naomi Beach Bar

Maybe a Coffee Machine or a Filter with be an advantage.

Im Norden von Euböa. Hauptsächlich griechische Touristen. Von Richtung Athen entweder 3.5 Std durch die Berge oder Fähre nehmen. Beides schön. Im gesamten EG ist ein Minimarkt/Cafe, mit Sitzen und liegen am Strand. Eigentümer sind die Vermieter. Vermieterin hatte auf uns gewartet und wir hätten trotz Ruhetag im Markt einkaufen können. Schnelles Zeigen des Apartments: 2 Apartments (spiegelgleich) im 1.OG, mit Aufzug. Geräumiges, neues Apartment, gute A/C. Küche mit Utensilien- völlig ausreichend. Die 2 Matratzen, wenn man die Treppen rauf geht, sind eher für Kids gedacht, die Spaß haben da zu schlafen. Es ist kein wirkliches Zimmer, sondern nur ein eingezogener Boden, mit Geländer, über Küche/Wohnzimmer. Balkon zum Strand/Hafen mit 2 Fischerbooten. Ca 3 Tavernen im Ort. 10 min mit Auto in größerer Ort fahren-> mit allen Möglichkeiten. Vermieter am nächsten Morgen super freundlich, als wir Café holten. Hat uns eingelegte Fische probieren lassen- lecker! Der Ort ist ruhig, kaum ausländische Touristen. Am groben Sand-Strand waren immer Liegen frei. Umliegend auch schöne Strände. Ein wirklich schöner Ort um zu entspannen.
