Déco et agencement
Un petit rafraichissement dans les sanitaires : la porte de douche qui ne se ferme pas facilement, meriterait d’être changée, tout comme la chasse d’eau qui est aléatoire.

Endroit calme Bon emplacement.
Mais l'appartement à besoin d'une rénovation. Murs un peu défraîchi et odeur d'humidité. La TV ne fonctionne pas car le wifi est tres faible. Il manque aussi quelques équipements. Torchons, serpillières..
