Affordable 4 Br Luxury Villa near Disney/Private Pool/Arcade/Game room

We had a fishing tournament that weekend and it was very close to the lake with ramp access and the 2 vehicle carport was very helpful as it kept our boats dry from the rain that came in over night.

I believe the owner has done a great job as is.

Good location and layout for families. Close proximity to everything you need and a lovely club house onsite which we were gutted we didn't explore more. Good safe neighbourhood and good information about the property and surrounding area provided by the host. Really clean as well.

There was a charge for pool heating which wasn't stated anywhere other than a message from the host 3 days prior to arrival and when I confirmed on arrival day they said it would take 24 hours to do and there would be a call out fee which we just declined and decided to not have it in the end. If this was on the site when we booked it wouldn't have been a problem, it just came as a shock. Also we literally had a car waiting on the opposite driveway with the cleaner in watching us pack up the car they were there 30 minutes before check out time and just sat there and watched, this didn't leave a good impression and made us feel quite rushed even though we were on track to check out on time as requested. One improvement that would've made our lives easier (as we had 2 young children) would have been a floor layout to be provided so we knew what rooms were where and what the occupancy was etc.

Clean and comfortable.

No extra toilet paper. And only one bath towel and less them one wash rag per bed. I contacted both phone numbers I had with no reply. We arrived with the dryer running. There were towels in we had to put up. Some of the arcade games in the home were broken. The place was clean and had the essentials in the kitchen. There was also a note that we needed to watch the water level on the pool and add water if it fell below a certain point.
