Standard of the apartament is ok, free parking space right at the entrance, nice roof terrace, you can relax and chill out, very good breakfasts in the cafe next street
The toilet drain stinks, you can feel this smeel in whole apartment it needs to be repaired! It was unbearable. There's a lot of mold in the bathroom, which needs to be cleaned. There's no coffee machine or glasses at all. There are no windows in the apartment - with a stinking drain - it's a disaster.

Frühstück war nur Süßes, italienisch. Kein Streichbrot oder Schinken, Butter usw. Kaffee natürlich gut jedoch nur 1x, die zweite Tasse zahlen.
Keine Fussbodenheizung im Bad, kein Fenster vorhanden, nur eine Tür nach draußen. Muffiger Geruch im Zimmer, Lüftung nur mit offenen Tür. Nasse Sachen kann man nur draußen auf dem Geländer trocknen, wenn's regnet Pech! Parkplatz finden ist auch nicht immer leicht, obwohl er kostenlos ist. Parkgarage 10€/Tag. Zum Frühstück muss man ca. 150 m gehen in den Bar ums Ecke. Das Bett hat eine Mulde in der Matratze linke Seite, zusammen kuscheln, dann gings.

Colazione scadente al bar lì vicino compresa nel prezzo. Abbiamo dovuto pagare un caffè perché era compreso una pasta e un caffè e basta mia moglie ha preso un succo il caffè in più lo abbiamo pagato a parte. Lo staff CHI L’HA VISTO?
