Sapphire Riviera Residence

Fabulous property. Has everything you could want. We were met outside by our host (Valdone) who gave us the best tour and guidance that we've ever received on arrival at a place we've stayed. Some lovely touches provided to make the stay even better. Beds very comfortable. The complex is slightly out of the noisy parts which is great but you can get to all the bars and restaurants within minutes. Fantastic host - Thank you. We would certainly come again.

L'appartamento era molto carino e pulito. La Signora Valdone è una host gentilissima e molto disponibile. Ci ha fatto trovare cioccolatini caffè acqua, birre, coca cola.. non mancava nulla anche in bagno

La piscina del residence purtroppo non è riscaldata ed era gelata. Peccato xchè molto bella

The apartment was fantastic. Very modern, clean & upmarket beds & furniture. Beautiful thick white towels, beautiful linen in the beds. Our host was really friendly & clearly takes pride in how nice her apartment is for her visitors. The welcome back was excellent & the apartment has everything you need to get you going including toiletries, coffee, water, wine & beer. Small quiet pool area also immaculate. I fully recommend this apartment & we will book for next year.

Absolutely nowhere on our paperwork (3 lots) did it mention that Sapphire Riviera Residence was in Ocean Park complex. This caused complete confusion, taxi driver never heard of it despite sat nav, we got left on the street in the heat with our cases. We went into two supermarkets nearby, they had never heard of Sapphire Riviera Residence . The owner phoned while we were at passport control, security took my phone away. When the owner appeared her attitude was appalling, said the phone call had cost her €3 !!! She made us feel she was doing us a favour. As regular Tenerife visitors we have always been welcomed in a polite and friendly way but not at Sapphire Riviera Residence. Because of the owner’s attitude we would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.The apartment was nice but small and not luxurious, grossly overpriced €2.250 for 11 nights. All this could have been avoided if the owner stated it was actually in Ocean Park Complex and not try to make it sound something better than it actually was. Well equipped but only had one sunlounger and no oven.
