The property looks like the pictures.
Modern and quality furniture and appliances.
The staff was very responsive with an issue we had with the apartment.
Very close to a nice beach to surf and a few meters from the sea side.
Comfortable beds.
The area is quite.
Despite the property was generally clean, there were ants when we arrived. After cleaning and using some spray, the ants disappeared. But i would assume the cleaners should hace done that before we arrived.

Modern and tidy.
Sewage smells in the bathroom, drainage issues in shower. Tiny outdoor space, only suited for drying towels; not suited for enjoying the outdoors. Coffee machine would have been nice.

Struttura nuova, moderna ed accogliente. Questo appartamento è la ciliegina per una vacanza alla scoperta di Lanzarote. Staff molto disponibile ed educato. Se dovessi ritornare sull’isola questa struttura è in cima alla lista. Consigliato.
