Great architecture - the villa is gorgeous. Furnished in style and care to your senses. It's a pleasant feeling to be here. Living room, leather couch, patio and garden. Silence and fresh mountain air. Forests everywhere. Pure mineral water straight from the tap. Great communication with Dominik the property manager, any time of day. Soaps and skin care in bathroom. Detailed garbage recycling system.

Too expensive for the size of rooms and house. There's not even a bath tub, let alone a hot tub or a pool. Garage is inaccessible to guests. Dominik did not do anything useful to solve my wi-fi connectivity problem on laptop (phones worked). Insufficient furnishing and equipment: no blackout curtains in any bedroom, no curtains in top bedroom at all, no bathroom on top floor (biggest bedroom), tiny lower bedrooms with tiny beds not good over 6ft (183cm) height, tiny bathrooms, no sweeping broom, no ironing board, no kitchen towel, no barbecue grill as advertised, no sharp knives, no bread knife, etc... Synthetic furniture in bedrooms stinks on warm days. Lots of kitchen utensils made of toxic black plastic. Front door has no outside handle so it's easy to get locked out. Plenty of expensive cars and houses but no real gastronomy anywhere close. Restaurants just decent. Not even reliable fresh milk. Only one supermarket in the village, only open until 6 pm, only gets milk at 3 pm, only sometimes. 1 hour traffic to nearby towns. Mushrooms grow but people pick them small and early.
