La pulizia. L’appartamento non era pulito. Sotto i letti tanta polvere, stoviglie sporche. Mobili rovinati che andrebbero cambiati

Appartement is located in a calm environment.
Photos describe the appartement as very clean and brand new - reality is the appartement is quite old, not cleaned properly (we had to remove tons of hair from the shower otherwise we flood the entire bathroom) and the beds (specially sofa-bed. which was stained all over) were REALLY uncomfortable. In addition, in the pictures you see a sofa-bed with stairs behind and this is NOT the same appartement. I also doubt the appartement is 70 m2. Disappointed and will not come back on future visits to Milan, unfortunately.
