It could have been lovely if not for other guests.

Mostly everything

The other guests: a chain smoker on the balcony below made my room stink and made it impossible to get fresh air. A woman was talking to the guys extremely loudly late in the evening. That pretty much ruined the peace and fresh air the location would have offered. The entire premises should be free of smoke.

Nice room with balcony and view. Shower was good. Very friendly and helpful reception. Stored bike in garage. Not may restaurants near but can walk up hill 15 mins to good German style restaurant.

Lovely room view

We only stayed one night but enjoyed the lovely view from the balcony over the apple trees and mountains. Kind hostess and a good breakfast - the lady even asked us about our preferences for breakfast (sweet or savoury).

+ Service, Freundlichkeit, Preis, Sauberkeit; - Zum Großteil in die Jahre gekommene Innenaustattung

Die ausgesprochen freundliche ältere Dame ist auf jedes unserer Bedürfnisse eingegangen, das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen und die Zimmer waren sauber und bequem. Beim Preis kam man uns sogar noch entgegen. Für uns hat's jedenfalls gepasst.

Wer mehr als Freundlichkeit und Sauberkeit erwartet, sollte sein Zimmer lieber woanders buchen. Die Ausstattung stammt etwa aus den 60ern, hie und da besteht akuter Investitionsbedarf und die Badezimmer sind teils sehr beengt.

Die Unterkunft liegt am Ortsrand, man kann direkt in die Natur los wandern. Der Hund konnte umsonst dabei sein. Die Hauswirtin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Heizung extra eingeschaltet, ich konnte frischen Apfelsaft kaufen und das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Bei diesem Standard ist ein Preis von 80,-€ für ein Einzelzimmer ohne Frühstück (abgepacktes Frühstück kostet extra 10,-€) vollkommen überzogen. Daran ändert auch die schöne Aussicht nichts. Stornobedingungen: ab Buchungstag bei Absage oder Änderung der Buchung ist der volle Preis fällig! Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!!

Schöne Unterkunft am Ortsrand

Ein alter Gutshof welcher im Laufe der Jahrzehnte umgebaut wurde bis zum heutigen Aussehen. Ausstattung etwas betagt, jedoch in guten Zustand und alles sehr sauber. Das Haus liegt am Hang, am Ortsrand. Daher ruhig und Nachts angenehm kühl. Schöner Blick ins Tal. Kühlschrank mit Getränke ist vorhanden. Das Freizeitbad mit Restaurant liegt ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ins Ortszentrum ist es durch die Hanglage etwas müßig.

anders als gedacht und geplant, ein Zufall?

Trotz fester Buchung, ohne Stornomöglichkeit, angeblich wegen eines Wasserschadens, wurden wir an eine einfache Unterkunft verwiesen. Zu dieser Zeit war an anderer Stelle, sowie über Bokking.com nichts anderes mehr zu finden. Ob es wohl an einer einzelnen Buchung an einem begehrte Wochenende lag? Die Alternative lag ruhig und abseits der Hauptstrasse an der Texelseilbahn. Die Ausstattung, sowohl des Zimmers, als auch des Frühstücks war einfach und zweckdienlich.

"Rustikal" ausgestattet, aber alles sauber & funktionabel. Sehr schöner Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge. Still am Ortsrand gelegen. Sehr hilfsbereite Gastegeberin. Frühstück ordentlich. Gerne wieder!

Schöne Aussicht und Therme in der Nähe

Die Lage auf dem Berg bringt schöne Aussicht auf Ortschaft und Berge. Die Therme Naturns ist nicht weit weg. Es gibt einen schönen Radweg nach Meran, der in Serpentinen bergab führt, vermutlich auch der Etsch entlang weiter Richtung Vintschgau. Den kann man leicht finden, indem man bergab bis zum Fluß fährt. Gutes Frühstück

Luxus gibt es keinen, Shampo bringt man selbst mit, ist auch ok bei dem Preis

Dormire rilassati con una vista dalla camera pazzesca!

Sono tornato con una coppia di amici diversa. E come ci siamo trovati bene l’anno scorso, ci siamo trovati bene anche quest’anno. Hanno rimodernato il parcheggio ed ora è più semplice da trovare. Rapporto qualità/prezzo più che onesto. Chi ci ha accolto, davvero molto cortese.

L’anno scorso ammetto che non mi sono accorto che mancava l’aria condizionata. Quest’anno, con questo caldo, me ne sono reso conto subito. Magari dotare le camere almeno di un ventilatore sarebbe stato apprezzato. Manca qualche piccolo accorgimento in più, ma non intacca un’esperienza comunque positiva

posizione comoda nel bel paesino, camera pulita e proprietaria gentile, bella vista dal balcone.

Ho avuto molto freddo di notte, non c'è la possibilità di scaldare la stanza, inoltre sarebbe stata gradita una bottiglia d'acqua.
