What a great spot. The location genuinely makes a difference here. You are right on the doorstep of the main highway, so getting into Colombo city centre or reaching any of the public and private hospitals nearby is quick and easy. Despite being so well connected, the property itself is calm and peaceful, which is a nice balance.

The property was in beautiful garden setting within just 10 minutes drive to the main Borella intersection with easy access to restaurents and shops. The property with three large rooms and kitchen was very well furnished, peaceful and secure. I had a wonderful stay over 4 days, Rohana the caretaker was extremely helpful and available if anything was needed.

No problem that's Good room apartment and slept well at night ..... walked around the beautiful shops and church.
The caretaker is very clean and looks safe in the apartment

Alles Top! Die Lage, das Apartment, Ausstattung und besonders der Secruty Herr. Man konnte ihn jederzeit erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Er war auch Nachts vor Ort, dadurch hat man sich auch sicher gefühlt. Beim nächsten Colombo besuch immer wieder gerne.
Nur kleinigkeiten. Kleines Ameisenproblem. Sobald irgendwo etwas zu essen oder so in der Küche liegt, sind die Ameisen da. Wurde zwar vom Secruty Herrn sofort beseitigt, aber die kamen immer wieder.
Eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer wäre angenehmer gewesen. Da der Deckenventilator nicht viel geholfen hat.
Und in der Dusche kam nur ab und zu warmes Wasser. Das sind nur Kleinigkeiten, nur damit Sie wissen was Sie noch verbessern können, dann ist alles 100%.
