Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect!
Parking: Free and conveniently located right outside the property.
Location: In the heart of a vibrant town, with tons of delicious restaurants just steps away. Everything wraps up around 11 PM, so it’s lively but still peaceful for a good night’s sleep.
Supermarket: Within easy walking distance – no need to drive if you don’t want to.
THE HOST – Francesco (OMG!): He went above and beyond! Communication was fast, smooth, and incredibly kind and helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
When we returned from our first day trip, we were welcomed with homemade bruschetta and a carafe of wine – such a thoughtful and unexpected surprise!
Terraces & Views: The rooftop terraces were amazing, and we had our own private balcony to enjoy as well.
Cleanliness & Comfort: Spotless rooms, and the beds were superb – we slept so well!
We had an absolute blast during our 10-day road trip through southern Italy, and this stay was one of the major highlights. Already recommended to friends and family – can’t thank Francesco enough!

Proprietario gentilissimo, anche se non c'è stata la possibilità di conoscerci personalmente, è stato sempre pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problematica. Ben apprezzato il piccolo aperitivo di benvenuto e, nonostante non fosse compresa la colazione, ci ha offerto macchina e capsule per il caffè, inoltre, ciliegina sulla torta, ci ha anche omaggiato della tassa di soggiorno. Se dovessi tornare a Mattinata sarei felice di ritornarci
Avrei semplicemente preferito un riordino della camera anche a giorni alterni

Zentrale Lage, auf der Straße kann man parken (bekommt auch Parkplätze, muss aber auch Autofahren können), Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, Eigentümer hat uns mit zahlreichen Informationen versorgt
Einfache Unterkunft - wir waren daher etwas enttäuscht, auch wenn das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis vermutlich ok ist. Die Bewertung als außergewöhnlich bei Booking konnten wir nicht nachvollziehen
