Stan na dan Bosanska Krupa

The property was centrally located, neat,clean and had everything we could need. Hot water was plentiful and there was a washing machine though we didn’t use it. Much much nicer on the inside than on the outside so don’t be put off when you arrive. Lots of bars, restaurants and shops close by.

There were two bedside lamps neither of which worked. One needed charging, which we did ourselves and the other was a lost cause. Also bath towels were needed. We only had two had two hand towels. These were niggles rather than problems that affected our stay Our most important issue was getting into the property. It was a double challenge because instructions were lacking and added to that our internet failed so communication was difficult. Friendly neighbours in the block helped us, which was very lucky. Better access organisation would have definitely helped. Our host had no sense of urgency when summoned by the helpful neighbours, despite the fact we had been waiting in sweltering heat in our motorcycle gear. We don’t mind stairs but it would have been the right thing to do if she at least had offered to carry a helmet rather than totally ignoring the fact we were very well loaded with clothing and equipment. Her greeting was not warm or welcoming and receiving payment was her only interest. This is the first time we have encountered such a disinterested greeting from a host, which was a shame as the property was good value and provided a great stay!

The hosts are really welcoming and willing to provide secure and important info for all your needs. The apartment is really close to any needed service (gas station, bank, grocery shop etc) and in a quiet environment. What I liked the most was the cleanliness of the space which was exceptional. Everything felt clean like noone used it before. Hope I will come back again.

I gained so much, so didn't feel like I missed something being there.
