VILLA SEA LUX PLAKA Litochorou

We received clear instructions about the keys before arrival, making both check-in and check-out very easy. We didn’t meet the owner personally, but they were always available by phone and happy to provide recommendations for places to visit and eat, and we were very pleased with the places and restaurants we visited based on these recommendations. The villa was new, clean, and very well equipped. It has three bedrooms for six people, all with AC, plus AC in the living room. The kitchen and the rest of the house had everything we needed, including cleaning supplies, a vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, and washing machine among other things. The huge, well-kept garden has two lovely outdoor sitting areas and fantastic mountain views, with a limited sea view. Private parking is available on the property. The neighborhood felt safe and relatively quiet. There was some music nearby in the evenings, but it was never too loud. The beach is about a 5-minute walk with kids. There are no nearby sunbeds or umbrellas, but the villa provides beach chairs and umbrellas. Leptokaria is only 6–8 minutes by car and has supermarkets, restaurants, beach bars and lounges, and souvenir shops. Overall, likely a higher-priced option, but a fantastic place for a relaxing family holiday and well worth it for a big family like ours.

One small disappointment was that the “beachfront” and “stunning sea view” description felt a little misleading. The villa is very close to the beach, but it is in the third row of houses, with a limited sea view due to the surrounding houses and trees. This was only a minor issue, but a stunning sea view was one of our main criteria when choosing a property.

Great house only a few meters from the beach. The location is perfect for anyone who wants quick and easy access to the sea. The property was clean, comfortable, and well‑maintained, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

This was an amazing villa. Everything was new and modern and spotless. All the rooms had nice cool air conditioning. The yard and outside area was so nice for relaxing in the morning & evening. It had a beautiful view of the mountains and was a short walk to a nice quiet beach. The hosts were wonderful people and so helpful.
