La casa è spaziosa e silenziosa, tranquilla. Con un bel giardino. Tre stanze da letto, due bagni, cucina abitabile e soggiorno. Lavatrice, lavastoviglie. Anche nelle giornate calde, la casa resta fresca. Utilissimo il cortile per parcheggiare. Meglio non avere auto grandi, la strada è stretta. Durante il nostro soggiorno è stato attivato il collegamento ad Internet FTTH, funziona benissimo.
Mobili e padelle un po' datati.

Bella villa con ampio spazio esterno coperto e giardino in zona tranquilla e a due passi dal lungo mare. Andrea è stato molto disponibile e accogliente. La cucine è completa e funzionale. Abbiamo potuto usufruire del BBQ
Peccato non avere potuto usare la doccia esterna (era intasata e Andrea non aveva avuto il tempo di sistemarla prima del nostro arrivo). Il pentolame della cucina è da rinnovare.
