Clean and had a nice kitchen with a minimum of stuff needed to cook a meal. Very central. Walking distance to all Aberdeen sightseeing and city centre. Clear communication with the owner.
Parking is quite expensive, but it’s rather to the municipality than to the property itself.

Die top Lage, die gute Ausstattung, tolle Aussicht, ein Coop in 6 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen
Der Wasserboiler ist sehr laut und direkt neben dem Schlafzimmer abgelegt, sodass man nachts nicht auf Toilette gehen kann. Auch braucht er sehr lange, um wieder aufzufüllen, in der Zeit kann man nicht auf Toilette gehen

Very comfortable and clean, and had everything we needed. Very good location.
The bed is definitely better for people under 5 8”, but very comfy. Having a little bin in the bathroom would also be helpful.
