Executive Top Floor 1 Bedroom Apartment

Fantastic location, on the doorstep of everything. Check in was easy and straight forward. Nice modern bathroom, the shower was great. Nice and quiet too. Nice little touches like shampoo, conditioner, tea coffee and biscuits provided.

For me the cleanliness was lacking unfortunately. There were sugar remnants on the kitchen work tops, crumbs on the coffee table, the cutlery drawer looked like it needed a clean so I poured kettle water on what I needed to use before using it because looking at the scissors, they were pretty grubby. Behind the bed absolutely thick with dust. The radiator covers feel like they're close to falling apart if you try to move them to switch the heating on. Stains on dining table mats. The bed was okay, not the best not the worst but I did have back ache by the end of the week. Really comfy pillows though I will say that. Living room sofa not comfy at all. I'm a solo traveller, no idea how 2 people can chill out on there in comfort. The cushions on there had seen better days too. Also terrible lighting in the living room and kitchen. No curtains in the living room, 2 windows and only 1 with a blind so lacks the cosy factor. I hate giving negative reviews. This apartment could be a 10 out of 10 with a few small changes but all these small things add up to a bigger picture. Also lots of steps, I personally don't mind the exercise but not keen on being asked to empty the bin on check out when it's hard enough lugging your stuff down 5 flights of stairs let alone having to go back up to empty the bin when you have to be checked out by 10am. What's the cleaner doing for 5 hours between check out and check in?

Clean and had a nice kitchen with a minimum of stuff needed to cook a meal. Very central. Walking distance to all Aberdeen sightseeing and city centre. Clear communication with the owner.

Parking is quite expensive, but it’s rather to the municipality than to the property itself.

Der Wasserboiler ist sehr laut und direkt neben dem Schlafzimmer abgelegt, sodass man nachts nicht auf Toilette gehen kann. Auch braucht er sehr lange, um wieder aufzufüllen, in der Zeit kann man nicht auf Toilette gehen

Very comfortable and clean, and had everything we needed. Very good location.

The bed is definitely better for people under 5 8”, but very comfy. Having a little bin in the bathroom would also be helpful.
