Seaview studio w/terrace&parking

Badkamer en balkon zijn prima. Senseo (handig om te weten) koffiezetapparaat is fijn, er is een waterkoker en 2 platen om te koken. Smart TV was prettig. Een wasmachine is goed. Uitzicht en inrichting klopte met beschrijving. Goed geïsoleerd. Dichtbij winkel.

Dingen die beter kunnen. De (slaap) bank zit niet goed, je kan aan een kant bij het bed, dat vrij hoog is. Alles was drijfnat van de afwas toen we kwamen: bekers, borden, kopjes en pannen. Het sponsdoekje was al gebruikt. In de omschrijving staat dat er een oven is. Dit klopt niet, het is een magnetron met kleine grill. Je kan nergens iets ophangen in de keuken, een paar haakjes zou handig zijn. Beetje kaal appartement, 1 poster in de woonkamer. Geen wasmiddel aanwezig. Moeilijk om.de temperatuur in het appartement goed te regelen, snel te warm.

Meine Nachricht über booking für den Vermieter ist dort nicht angekommen, er hat sie nicht erhalten. Habe es dann anderweitig versucht, aber da war schon der Abreisetag.

It was really easy to check in. The apartment location was really nice in the outside of the town. In a relatively quiet neighbourhood. The apartment is really small, but it's alright. The view from the terrace is gorgeous.

The apartment looked good, but unfortunately it wasn't really functional. The sofa bed was broken and really uncomfortable. When we booked this apartment it said there is an oven. No, there wasn't. But we couldn't find any cooking utensils either. We only had a pot and a tiny sauce pan we could use. The frying pan was unusable. The terrace was shared with the other apartment next door. Which kind of ruined the privacy. The apartment could use proper soundproofing. The floor was creaky. And listening the next door neighbour walking up and down above us was really annoying sometimes. When we arrived the first night we've been told we will find two parking spaces in front of the garage. It was full so we had to park in front of the neighbour. So I had to message them. The next day we had space.

Everything was exactly as described in the listing, and the overall stay was good. The check-in process was smooth, and the accommodation matched the photos and description. The place was clean and generally comfortable, which made the stay pleasant.

The kitchen equipment could definitely be improved. The selection of pots and pans was very limited — there was only one large pot and one frying pan with a damaged coating. There were hardly any cooking utensils available apart from a single soup ladle, and basic tools such as a spatula were missing. A simple set of stainless steel pots, pans, and proper cooking utensils would greatly improve the experience for guests who want to prepare meals. Additionally, there was a constant knocking noise that continued during the night, which was somewhat disturbing while trying to sleep.
