The double bed was very comfortable. The kitchen facilities were good and the shower was excellent.
The pillows and duvet were not very clean, THEY NEED REPLACING. The hot tap in the bathroom basin did not work all week so only cold water. We told the management on the Monday and they already knew about it from previous occupants, but no one came to fix it, so cold water all week. I suspect for the next occupants too. The worst thing was the noisy air extraction unit which is part of the old building, which can’t be turned off. It is very noisy and you need ear plugs for sleeping. There was no double duvet so we put 2 singles in a double cover. The towels and linen that we hired were very thin it would be better to take your own if possible.
