Nordik Apartments Urban - Centro "Reikiavik"

Ubytování se nachází v centru - v docházkové vzdálenosti od všech památek. Check-in probíhá online, obdržíte video instrukce a vše je proto jednoduché. Apartmán je prostorný a ideální tedy pro cestování s rodinou. Kuchyň je vybavená a najdete tu vše potřebné.

Měli jsme problémy s otevřením vchodových dvěří - naštěstí ale fungovala aplikace a do apartmánu jsme se dostali. Koupelna a ložnice by mohly být čistší.

Check in was delayed until 5pm as apartment hadn’t been cleaned. A list of rules for each room!!!! Sorry to say - style over substance, beautiful furnishings but nothing was very comfortable to sit on. Definitely need more pillows - one slim pillow doesn’t lead to a good night’s sleep.

Great little apartment, great location. Was told I would receive key code but I had to chase it and it took a few days before I got a reply saying it had already been sent but it was rather buried within another message so we missed it and this caused us stress. But once we saw the message it could not have been easier or more straight forward and having a code rather than keys meant we could split up and each access the apartment separately when required. Flat was spotless with everything we needed. We just felt that a couple of lamps in the lounge would have made a difference - otherwise perfect and great value for money and we would definitely return.

Maybe another comfy armchair in lounge and the lock on the bathroom door wasn't great but I am nitpicking as everything was spotless and pretty ideal

Great location and the aparment was modern however the online only check in and the overwhelming pre-stay information is quite confusing. Be ready to get washed with 4 pages of notes and instuctions along with rules and restrictions and more to come inside the appartment. Overall quite disappointing and would not stay there again I’m afraid.
