Luxury studio on the beach

We were guests at a wonderful place for two weeks. The apartment is comfortable, well cared for, and close to the sea, the harbour, the bus stop, a very well-stocked mini-market, and several serviced beaches. In other words, a little corner of tranquillity where we immediately felt at home. The hospitality of Giannis and Dina's family goes far beyond expectations. They are lovely people—kind, welcoming, always available, and with a special attentiveness towards their guests. Their daughters, too, are delightful, well-mannered, and affectionate: a family that radiates warmth and authenticity. We spent wonderful days here, in a serene and homely atmosphere. We highly recommend this place, including for longer stays. What you find here is not only perfect accommodation, but above all wonderful people who make every moment special. Our only problem was leaving and having to part from such wonderful people, to whom we had grown truly attached. Our heartfelt thanks for making this holiday so special.

The Family whom run this accommodation are absolutely delightful and looked after me incredibly well nothing was to much trouble. Very warm really made the stay. Additionally the location was amazing, very special place ...beautiful beach for swimming etc right in front of the accommodation and a lovely village 2 min walk just down the rd, great resteraunts and a well stocked store for all supplies. View to die for just lovely and exceptional clean....could have stayed for ever....highly recommend.

Nothing to say here was all fantastic

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful studio in Ios. The location is exceptional—just a one-minute walk from the sea and within easy reach of the picturesque port, restaurants, and local attractions. The studio was spotless, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully prepared before our arrival. The main room and bathroom were spacious, bright, and filled with natural light. The views were stunning throughout the day, and the atmosphere in the evenings was especially relaxing. One of our favorite features was the private patio, which was perfect for enjoying the view, having a quiet coffee, or simply unwinding after a day exploring the island. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. They made sure we had everything we needed and shared excellent recommendations that helped us discover some of the best parts of Ios. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and memorable stay on the island.

Prima volta a Ios non potevamo trovare una struttura migliore: direttamente sul mare, camera spaziosa e bagno dotato di ogni comfort come del resto tutto l'appartamento, per non parlare del patio vista mare arredato con divano ,poltrone e tavolino ,dove rilassarsi e godersi il tramonto sulla baia di Yalos . Struttura dotata di una grande corte esterna privata dove parcheggiare auto o scooter. A rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più gradevole è stata la calda accoglienza ricevuta da Yannis ,Dina e le loro figlie, ci siamo sentiti come in famiglia, un grazie di cuore. Ritorneremo sicuramente.
