Absolutely incredible stay and exactly as advertised! Anna was so kind and made our visit truly special. She even let us use the pool at the unbooked Villa, which was fantastic. 10/10 experience!

Very nice property, Anna was so very helpful.
Great home with many options for large groups. The location is on a nice beach, close to all the restaurants. We used the bus to get back and forth from town, the home is approximately 20 minutes from town. There is a nice coffee place right in front of the home, and the attached restaurant was good, we ate there twice. Anna helped us rent ATVs, they dropped them off at the home the night before. Overall we loved our stay, we highly recommend Anna’s home. One nice thing was Anna asked what time we wanted have breakfast every morning.

The location and the hot tub were great. The bus provides easy access to Naxos. It was generally comfortable. Ana was very kind. It was very quiet and parking was very easy.
There were several issues with the bathroom. The taps did not drain, there was not water at two separate points, and the shower drenched everything.
The real issue with the property is that the service is not commensurate with the price point. Ana was very lovely, but did not leave directions for check in which left us waiting for a while to enter the property, struggling to communicate with her to come let us in.
Breakfast, which is actually from a hotel that Ana runs half a mile down the road, was consistently late (40 minutes) and incomplete (missing key items such as coffee or cutlery). She struggled to remedy the issues and would have to drive back several times, which would take about ten minutes each time.The property would benefit greatly from additional staff or an alternate check in and food system.
Additionally, there is daily house keeping. However, the house keeping did not make beds in a professional manner and forwent items such as wiping down sinks and mirrors. They also used shopping bags in the bins and left toothpaste residue behind the sinks from previous guests.
In all, it could be a nice property but the poor service left a sour taste considering the price point of alternate accommodation
