The view is fantastic; the bed very comfy; the owner as friendly and helpful as you could wish for (even when I thought I’d lost the keys!) and always answered queries swiftly. Kitchen facilities good; very clear instructions left on laminated sheets. Could go on

Main problem is the parking but that’s common for Scarborough. Nowhere immediately near to unload/ reload the car. The other problem for me is that the entry to the balcony is horizontal - rather than traditional vertical French windows. It requires lifting a quite heavy lower window until a bolt can fit into the frame. Still I’m an arthritic 78 year old and I did manage it every day - and so that won’t be a problem for everybody!

Property has a wonderful sea-view. A couple of minutes from the beach and close to the town centre. Layout of the flat is great. Good sized kitchen and lovely little bedroom.

Der direkte Weg zur Promenade ist nichts für Gehbehinderte, da sehr steil. Beim Parken ist zu beachten, das die vorhandenen "Parking Permits" nur in Zone A2 gelten, diese beginnt HINTER der Market Hall. Auf der "Eastborough" allerdings mit 25/50 GBP geahndet wird. Parken im Palm Court Parkhaus kostet hingegen "nur" 13,50 pro 24Std,
