    It was horrible experience. There was water on the floor. Room was very humid. No fan was working. There was no water in the washroom and there were mice and so much mosquitos. Never seen this much horrible experience in life

    When I entered into the property, they already pre planned about my booking. When I asked for my booking they said, there is no booking with your name. Then I called customer care, and it took me 10 min to wait. Then finally receptionnist asked me 500 rupees extra and said 1000 se kam to hota he nahi hai because I have no option to go any where at late evening. My question is from agoda if you offer low price for the hotel. Then control should be given by property owner to accept and reject the booking. Accordingly, I will plan another hotel. The story was not end, after entering the room, they gave me the top floor, with whole in bed sheet, bathroom was literally stinky and leakage in fall seeling inside bathroom. I will suggest all the user to go offline and negotiate on with owner on table. Don't book these sadak chaap hotel from agoda. Or agoda should remove these sadak chaap hotel from their list. I would give negative rating, if there is any.
