The worst experience I have ever had
I was not allowed to enter the accommodation by the host, so there is nothing to enjoy.
The way they treat their customers: after you paid them the entire price of your stay, you are expected to pay 300€ for a deposit. For me the link did not work, yet the host insisted that it was my problem and did not provide check in instructions. The host, upon multiple booking.com calls, provided a IBAN demanding an immediate bank transfer and attached extra conditions that were not visible on the ad for the refund of said money. Upon raising skepticism and wanting to cancel, the host denied my request for free cancellation and insisted that the link worked and this was an extra measure because i “refused to use the link”. When i then made the transfer and sent the proof i did, the host said that he didn’t receive it and he had “proof of non-payment”. At this point it was 11 pm and i still could not get into my accommodation. Booking finally decided to cancel the reservation for free on their end, and after over 2 weeks the host has finally refunded the deposit. This accommodation is the reason why I will neve use Booking.com again, and i recommend everyone to stay as far away from it as humanly possible, especially because the booking staff that contacted the host told me on multiple occasions that the host was extremely aggressive on the phone.

Une nuit bien mais pas plus malgré tout
Le petit studio est propre et fonctionnel.
C’est pas grand chose mais le fait qu’il y ai du café mais pas de thé. Il y avais 2 shampoings mais pas de gel douche ou de savonnette. Je trouve à la lecture que les conditions sonnent presque un peu menaçantes.

Le logement est propre, confortable et très bien entretenu. Les personnes en charge sont attentives, disponibles et extrêmement réactives à la moindre demande. On se sent vraiment bien accueilli. Je recommande vivement !

un début à suspens.... le séjour sans problème majeur.
la situation géographique est très bonne . l'appartement confortable et bien équipé pour qques nuits. La rue est très calme et nous n'avons pas eu de nuisances sonores.
Nous aimerions avoir un sms d'information plutôt qu'un mail pour le code d'accès et la veille plutôt que dans le temps de déplacement. L'accès internet n'est pas évident dans la zone et même impossible tant qu'on n'a pas pu basculé sur le wifi du secteur. Le ménage n'avait pas été fait à notre arrivée. Un robinet de lavabo était mal fixé. la pendule ne marchait pas. La machine à café avait des fuites d'eau.
