Rooms are very clean and very spacious. Well designed overall. Service and staff are exceptionally good. They went out of their way to help us with everything and were available at all times. Food during breakfast was also really good and the service was very prompt.
No lift means we had to walk up 2 floors everyday for breakfast. It was not very convenient for my elderly parents. Another small concern is lack of washroom on the restaurant floor. Unfortunately, for us it meant too many ups and downs during meals. They did offer to bring food down for the elder guests, but that would mean we would eat separately which defeats the purpose of a vacation. There were some concerns with water supply on first day, but they were very quick to address it.

The hotel had a beautiful outside area with a nice grassy area and pool. The pool water was clear and my children really enjoyed getting to play in it. The host was very hospitable and helped us book a tour guide and car for the Taj Mahal and Red Fort. Airport pick up and drop off was also easily arranged.
