La atencion 10 de 10, el lugar es comfortable, limpio y cómodo. Muy seguro y moderno.
Al inicio no lo encontraba porque el hospedaje está al fondo de un callejón, pero luego viendo L seguridad de la ciudad y la contraseña que te brindan para el ingreso quedé tranquila.

Excellent logement pour une halte d'une nuit à Puno avant de partir vers Cusco. Très bon emplacement proche du terminal de bus, hôtesses très accueillantes et serviables, chambre très spacieuse, lit très confortable, petit déjeuner complet.

The room was modern and very clean. Breakfast was also nice with rolls, jam, butter and scrambled eggs.
We asked beforehand if we could use the kitchen for cooking. They said it is possible to do so, but for a fee of 15 soles. We agreed. On the next evening when we had already bought groceries, the access to the kitchen was denied to us because we had already checked out in the morning (we were waiting for a night bus). Apparently, using the kitchen is only permitted before check-out, a policy we did not really understand.
