Great price in a superb location. The apartment is pretty basic, but you can make it work. The kitchen appliances are quite modern.
It’s a pretty basic space in a very old building. If you are flexible and adaptable, it works out well. It’s a little hard to find because Google Maps is not accurate, so make sure you use the video sent by the management

La posizione è davvero ottima e la notte la via è silenziosa quindi si dorme in tranquillità.
Il wifi è ben funzionante, l'aria calda funziona egregiamente, il bagno era pulito e la cucina anche. Proprietario abbastanza disponibile. Prezzo bassissimo, va detto!
L'alloggio è ricavato da una cantina quindi il tasso di umidità è esorbitante. È impossibile aprire le finestre in quanto ci sono solo 2 piccole "feritoie" nella porta di ingresso quindi il "bagnato" e il cattivo odore sono davvero persistenti (il deumidificatore è insufficiente per cui si è costretti ad accendere l'aria calda che a Pasqua è ancora fattibile ma d'estate piena deve essere alquanto "scomodo").
Non essendoci finestre non c'è luce naturale.
Il bagno è un angolino ricavato all'interno della stanza con 2 pareti in cartongesso non a tutta altezza, non ha porta, il lavandino è di dimensioni da "Barbie", la doccia non ha tenda.
Il letto è un divano-letto non proprio "comodo" che occupa quasi tutto lo spazio vivibile della stanza. Non c'è armadio per i vestiti. La biancheria da letto ci è stata fatta trovare sul divano ma non stirata/piegata e non proprio profumata.
Per "stringere" diciamo che qui la priorità dell'eventuale ospite deve essere lo spendere il minimo e avere grandi capacità di adattamento :)
