Roomy and comfortable apartment a short walk to the centre of Lecce. Very convenient to be that close in walking distance and also have a secure place to park the car. Communication was good.
A minor quibble but some of the shelves were not properly attached to the walls, so couldn’t be used. The main bedroom mattress is extremely soft. Not the best for us, but understand this is personal taste.

The apartment is spacious and clean. The area is quiet.
Location is good. Within walking distance from the historic center, and from a supermarket.
Gated parking lot is available for guests and is a huge plus.
The kitchen is only modestly equipped. There was a short supply of toilet paper; a proper garbage bin in the bathroom would have been helpful, and no garbage bags were provided. We asked the host but never got a reply.
There were no instructions on how to use the WiFi, we had to contact the host for that.
Host responsiveness could be improved. Responses were usually in a delay of 30-60 minutes from messaging.
