Apartamento bonito, bem decorado, moderno e confortável. Localização excelente. Climatização e boa insonorização.
Limpeza muito deficiente! Estado de conservação e limpeza da varanda, muito mau. Box de chuveiro com a porta em vidro que raspa no chão, não fechando completamente e apagando a casa de banho durante o duche. Prédio sem elevador. Não tem estacionamento.
