Sijainti on hyvä, avainten saaaminen sujui ongelmitta, huoneisto oli puhdas.
Huoneisto on käytännössä kellarihuoneisto. Keittiö on yläkerrassa maantasolla ja siinä mahtuu seistä yksi ihminen. Valokuvissa esiintyvä piha on läytännössä parkkipaikka jossa oli auto kokovajan.

- There was a private parking spot.
- Washing machine inside the unit.
- It is in a central location close to the beach and close to Kalamata center.
- The kitchen and bathroom were on the main level, and the bedroom and living room were in the basement.
- A little musky in the basement. Windows full open required.
- We woke up with a few spider bites (not the hosts fault, bedroom is in basement).
- Still a decent place overall.

I was pleasantly surprised by this apartment! Despite being partially underground, all rooms have windows, and it feels cosy and modern. Everything is new and well-designed, especially the fully equipped kitchen, offering a high level of comfort, including the comfortable mattress. The owners live in the same building, making contact very easy, even though we arrived late at night. We really enjoyed our stay!
