The staff were excellent, friendly, and very helpful, especially the manager and receptionist. The family room was spacious, the breakfast was good, and the location was excellent with many restaurants nearby. We also appreciated their help in arranging a clean and comfortable family taxi for our departure, upon our request and at an additional cost.
The breakfast could have had a little more variety.

A special thanks to Mustafa at the reception. He was welcoming, kind, and always greeted us with a smile. He handled our requests with understanding and resolved any issues promptly, making our stay much more comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the price was reasonable. The hotel’s location was also convenient. Thank you, Mustafa, for your excellent hospitality!
While we had a good experience overall, there is still some room for improvement in certain areas to make the stay even better.

In main area , afternoon manager was good in communication.
1. Room size is not mentioned correctly in booking.com 2. Morning breakfast was bought in plate by staff , taste was not good. Seems old food. 3. Tea and coffee is not good.
