Massive area better suited to longer stay of you had your own bike

Cool set up but really hard to find even for the gojek which is saying something. Does way it says on the pack

Beautifully decorated and very functional room. Comfortable desk and chair if you need to work.

The swimming pool is a bit small for the number of guests but sufficient. Noise insulation between the rooms is poor. If you have the bad luck of having rude and loud neighbours which play music until 4am you'll notice it.

Beautiful art paintings in the villa, comfy kitchen, smart TV. Very clean and tidy. Big windows, a lot of day light, and not direct sun.

I would not stay there again

It wasn’t what we expected by the photos. So nothing really.

It was in need of some tlc. The aircon in the main room just worked and the fridge was not in very good working condition. The kitchen was not really equipped very well. The 2 kettles did not turn themselves off so you had to watch them. It was not close to Kuta as the description said. It was like a car ride into Kuta. The front door was hard to lock. On our last morning we were leaving early to go to the airport and the wifi was cut off by 7am even though the check out was between 11.00-12.00. So that caused a problem.

Comfortable bed. Need a major renovation

The bed was comfortable. And the pool nice.

The rooms and bathrooms are in need of renovations. Shower head, etc, all corrosive. It needs to be changed. The kitchen is workable but needs to be updated. We only booked this place because the place looks nice on booking.com. and we wanted to try something new. We'll it will be our first and last stay until it is renovated, because it did look nice before.

The pool was ok

It was run down and the kitchen facilities were very basic. There was no concierge service or airport shuttle as was advertised. It was noisy as someone started angle grinding in the evening. I’m glad we were not staying there long.

Stayed here with my dad and brother when we had a 1 night stop over in Bali. This was the perfect way to end our trip, so close to the airport and a walk away from Kuta beach. The facilities were lovely and clean, comfy stay and really nice living space. The staff were wonderful, will definitely be back on my next stay🥰

The villa was very nice. It was like home with its living area and the kitchen. My baby enjoyed herself in the pool. The villa was nice and quiet and the location was the best. We could walk around and to the beach.

The shower room wasn’t good enough. After shower we couldn’t use the toilet as it was all wet. It must’ve a shower curtain.

Exceptional

This is a lovely little villa with a shared pool between 4 other villas. The facilities were wonderful and very clean. The bed was also extremely comfortable. The location was 10 minutes from the airport and shopping mall! The communication with the host was great and efficient. I would highly recommend staying here, especially with it being such a bargain!

Très bel ensemble avec une grande chambre propre confortable, une belle salle de bains, une cuisine complète et une petite terrasse qui donnait accès à la piscine très bien entretenue. Merci à tout le staff et en particulier à Katud qui a répondu efficacement à tous nos problèmes. Pour nous déplacer, nous avons loué un scooter. Une adresse à retenir

Le confort, la propreté l’architecture très mignon. Nous avons loué une petite villa avec piscine, c’était très agréable. Possibilité de louer un scooter directement avec l’hôtel, très pratique même pour quelques heures.

Un petit peu loin du centre ville pour manger et de la plage donc il faut un scooter ou utiliser Grab mais sinon tout était super

Übergabe sehr unkompliziert, da wir vor 14 Uhr angekommen sind und die Reinigung des Zimmer noch nicht abgeschlossen war, stimmt wurde und der Schlüssel strebt vom Personal übergeben.

Es war unsere letzte Nacht in Bali und auf Grund der Nähe zum Flughafen haben wir diese Unterkunft gebucht. Wir waren tatsächlich sehr geschockt, als wir die Unterkunft gesehen habet und können diese nicht weiterempfehlen. Wie die anderen Unterkünfte sind, können wir nicht bewerten, wir hatten das Appartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Villa kann man es nicht nennen. Die komplette Unterkunft entsprach nicht unsren Erwartungen, sowohl vom Zustand des Objektes über die Ausstattung/Optik vom Bad und auch der Küche. Wir waren insgesamt zwei Wochen in Bali und das war mit Abstand die schlimmste Unterkunft. Wohnzimmer ohne Klima. Bad einfach schlimm und abgewohnt bzw. in einem schlechtem Zustad, Küche ebenfalls (hätten wir eh nicht genutzt), Bettlaken mit Blutfleck. Pool entsprach den Fotos, haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt, daher kann ich den nicht bewerten. Das Reinigungsteam war sehr nett und höflich und hat uns den Schlüssel übergehen.
