The view and facilities. Good quality soaps, towels, cutlery and had everything we needed. View was breathtaking

The lounge was very comfortable. The view was incredible. The kitchen was well equipped. Bedrooms were very comfortable.

There was little direction given as to the whereabouts of the key lock box on the welcome email. When we approached the receptionist at the resort to ask for assistance, we were greeted by a person who was obviously unwilling to help. We then tried calling the mobile number but was unable to reach anyone. It then took us some time to find the lock boxes. A much more detailed explanation and an accompanying photograph as to where the lock boxes were actually located would have prevented the poor interaction that we had with the reception staff and the wasted time searching for the keys.
