מיקום מעולה, נוף מקסים, עיצוב החדר יפה עם נגרות מושקעת ויפה. מיטות ומצעים נוחים. מזגן מעולה. ניתן להישאר עד מוצאי שבת עם תוספת מחיר. חוף קרוב. מרחק הליכה מקניון מול הים והטיילת. יש סופר מרקט מתחת לבניין.
הבריכה צפופה ורועשת עם מוסיקה שאנשים מפעילים עם רמקולים בלי הגבלה. במרפסת אין צל ולכן אי אפשר לשבת בה בקיץ מהזריחה. חבל כי הנוף מקסים. אין אמצעים לבשל ואין מסעדה במקום אז מלבד מקרר ואמצעים להכנת קפה, קשה להתארגן על אוכל בדירה. אין חניה וצריך לחנות בחניה כחול לבן באזור ולעדכן הפעלת פנגו גם בשבת.
