The setting & location is beautiful! Very calm & peaceful!

Beds are little hard & the dorm isn’t very warm. An extra blanket that the staff gave me helped so much 🫶🏼

The property itself is stunning and so lush. I stayed in the dorms and they were beautiful~the bamboo structure was so cool. There are private huts and houses also available which looked amazing. The garden is so well kept and there’s a gorgeous farm out the back. It is definitely cold at night, but I picked this hostel for the cold as I prefer it for sleep. The walk to the main walking street isn’t bad at all, literally only 15 mins. Definitely use the free shuttle service when you arrive with your bags. It’s that tiniest bit out of the main area where it was quiet and serene. Beautiful view of the mountains when you eat their buffet breakfast.

The only issue I had was with the washing machine, but it’s no problem at all - you can’t edit the settings because they’ve attached a coin dispenser to it. So it only allows the big 2 hour wash, whereas I was wanting just a 15 minute cycle. But there are many laundry services available nearby where you can drop off your items if needed!

Staff were friendly, hostel environment was fine! Girls were lovely. Free shuttle running from the hostel to village which was helpful as it’s very steep if you walk Road way

Showers were filthy, cockroaches in the toilet/shower area and lizards. Floor got flooded very quickly in the showers as there was thick hair/rubbish build up in the drains. Beds were ROCK hard and doors to the dorm were constantly open letting in flys and mosquitoes constantly
