    Do not book this hotel at all! This is the worst hotel in the history of hotels. First of all, we booked this hotel because it was clearly mentioned that it has 24 hours reception desk and 24 hours check-in. But after a long journey when we reached there , we had to wake up the guy at reception which took more than 20 minutes. After that he woke up owner lady who was very irritated for no reason. When we told her that we have booked and already paid online, she got very pissy saying "why you guys do online payment", "people book room with us for hour or two for the same price you have booked", "how can we give you room now" and so on. If they don't want us to book online they should not keep the option of online payment. As simple as that. She was very rude. After a long wait of 1.5 hours, she finally got ready to give us room but told us "There is no bathroom inside. If you want bathroom inside the room, you will have to pay 500 extra." After paying extra money we were finally able to check-in and when we reached the room, it was very dirty. There was old musty smell coming from the room, the floor was sticky and probably not cleaned for a month. The blanket and bed had weird dirty spots. And the washroom. It was so small and so dirty. The flush was not working at all. The bucket was broken. The switchboard was broken. We decided to check-out early and sit at airport whole night before our flight. When we informed that we will be checking out early, they didn't even give us enough time to pack our stuff as they already had a client waiting at the reception. They were continuously banging on the door and asking us to hurry. Worst experience ever!
