Czystość. Ogród, grill.
Trochę mało prywatności. Mieliśmy pokój z balkonem przylegającym do drugiego balkonu. Ściana między balkonami jest tak niska że nie ma mowy o prywatności.
To samo z drzwiami i ścianami między pokojami. Wszystko słychać.

Lots of additional activities like trampoline, mini-billiards, loungers, etc.
The biggest minus is the soundproofing:
There is a train nearby, which is quite audible.
Also, the walls and doors are thin, so you can hear your neighbors a lot.
The insulating material around the toilet is peeling. When you use it, it makes noises, we don't understand if it can fall or not
