A localização é ótima, o prédio tem uma ótima estrutura e o pessoal da portaria era educado. Diego foi super solícito e deu ótimas digas de restaurantes (provei pela primeira vez comida vietnamita e adorei!). Para uma estadia de poucos dias, de fato, o studio atende super bem as necessidades, certamente voltarei a me hospedar nele pois gostei bastante.
Não houve nenhum problema em si com a comunicação ou com o studio, mas senti um pouco de dificuldade na hora de tomar banho, pois o box era muito pequeno. Não sou gordo, mas costumo treinar/natação e uso tranças, então se virar dentro do box era uma tarefa um pouco complicada, precisava sempre fazer um coque ou usar um touca pra evitar de molhar a cabeça. Em todo caso, não seria um impeditivo para retornar, pois de fato me senti muito bem instalado

Contato com o anfitrião super tranquilo, localização excelente, segura, prédio organizado e seguro, apartamento exatamente como nas fotos, a vista é linda também.
Apenas como sugestão pro futuro, sugiro ter pelo menos mais uma manta disponível e air fryer, pois no mercadinho do prédio tem bastante opção para air fryer.
