The location is excellent, very close to restaurants, shops, and the port, which made it convenient and enjoyable to get around.

As an opportunity for improvement, I would recommend reviewing some aspects of maintenance and comfort. The sponges in the kitchen sink appeared old and used, and should be replaced for each customer or not provided at all. The bathroom is quite small, which may be challenging for some guests. During the stay, the water was cold. The stairs are very steep, which could be difficult or unsafe for certain guests. There was also noticeable street noise, which may affect light sleepers. The mattress felt old and was not comfortable. Additionally, the towels appeared worn and discolored rather than clean white. It may be helpful to replace them with new white towels or consider darker colors such as gray or black to maintain a cleaner appearance.
