The unit was very neat and clean. Everything was in excellent condition.
Just 2 beach chairs would be a great idea. Travelers don't bring their own, when we went to the beach we had to rent chairs. Cable TV, the app TV was difficult to manipulate at best.

The view is beautiful and it is spacious.
There was some noisy construction going on next door. The main improvements would be to add a full-length mirror on the bedroom door and don’t keep expired coffee in the kitchen. 😉
