Alles. Wirklich super Wunderschön eingerichtet. Es fehlt einem wirklich an nichts und man fühlt sich gleich zu Hause.
Eine tägliche Hundegebühr zu zahlen, passt nicht, wenn absolut nichts für die Hunde da ist. Da würde eine einmalige Reinigungsgebühr vollkommen ausreichen. Die wäre verständlich und angebracht. Täglich für keine extra Leistung ist übertrieben.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr gut aufgeteilt man hat alles was man braucht. Aufgrund der Jahreszeit konnten wir den Außenbereich nicht nutzen.
Etwas komplizierte Vorgehensweise beim Check in. Wir mussten einige Male rum telefonieren, bis wir einen Schlüssel hatten. Ziemlich chaotisch. Ansonsten sehr guter Kundenservice. Man hat dann versucht eine Lösung kurzfristig hinzubekommen.
