Udoban, čist i topao smještaj sa s vim potrebnim sadržajima za nas dvoje ljudi i psa. Odlična toplinska i zvučna izolacija prostora. Domaćini ljubazni, ali ne nametljivi. Odličan kamin u apartmanu. Blizu je središte Fužina, moguće su šetnje sa psom uz jezero Bayer i izleti automobilom u okolicu. Natkriveno parkirno mjesto. Blizu su dobro opskrbljena trgovina, ugostiteljski objekti, crkva. Za naše pojmove odličan omjer cijene i kvalitete.
Blizina relativno frekventne prometnice dijelom bez nogostupa u smjeru prema centru na koju se izlazi izravno s terase uz kuću , isključivo zbog psa.
