The property is directly across the street from the beach! You truly can’t beat that! They also have an amazing private pool. We also did some laundry, which was very convenient. When the festivities are going on in town, you are within walking distance of them as well. Just a couple of blocks in fact. There are also multiple amazing restaurants that you just walk a couple of blocks. This is truly a great hotel, but just need to fix a few things to be a perfect 10.
I would strongly include for all of your guests, a step-by-step manual on how to operate the air-conditioning. I would include those directions in English, Spanish, and maybe German? For us personally it would’ve helped how we had those directions in English. Sometimes the power does go out as well. When using the washer while having the air conditioner on my only other complaint is that two adults were sharing two separate bedrooms, but the beds are not even queen sized. We are a tall family, and I would suggest upgrading the beds to at least a queen for your guests.

Gute Lage, schöne Einrichtung, grandiose Terrasse, Küche gut ausgestattet
Warmwasser und Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Warmwasser wurde repariert, Klimaanlage nicht. Mit 10 Monate alten Baby wirklich bescheiden! Bis heute auch keine Entschuldigung oder ähnliches erhalten.
Ameisen im Bad und in der Küche.

Privacy, amenities, welcoming box of goodies, fully online check in and checkout process through digital doors. Very affable online support staff.
Two smelly blankets in the closet of each bedroom. We placed them outside on the balcony during our stay.
Also, the air conditioner device in the living room has its own working remote controller, but the bedroom doesn’t.
You can only turn it on and off through manual toggle, and with no temperature customization. If you don’t have a tall member with you, just use a chair and good luck.
