Situated on 1.5 acres in a semi-rural setting, this 3 bed/2 bath house is Heaven on Earth. Open concept kitchen, dining and living area is great for gathering. Outdoor patios allow you to enjoy nature. Dual-zone air conditioning and radiant heat keep it all comfy.
Master suite features a King bed and a nice bathroom with a large vanity and tiled shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, large closet and a desk. Bedroom 3 has a queen over queen bunk bed and a large closet.
The attached, heated garage has room for all your gear.
NOTE: There are two other dwelling units on this property, including one that the owners occupy. You may see the owners around the property, including in the backyard while they are accessing sheds and equipment stored there.

You have a private entrance and private driveway, and will be given a door code the day before your arrival.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes North of White Salmon. There are about 10 homes in the vicinity, several of them have farm animals, and the road is gravel. Very peaceful.
Getting Around:
There is abundant parking at the property. At least four cars can fit in the driveway and a car/SUV can fit in the attached garage. The last half mile of road is gravel and the driveway is gravel.

There are two other dwelling units on this property, including one that the owners occupy. You may see the owners around the property, including in the backyard while they are accessing sheds and equipment stored there.

Nate's place was super clean. Plenty of cooking utensils and dinnerware. We had a decent sized group of friends staying to kayak on the White Salmon and its location was PERFECT!! Also, only about 5-10 mins from downtown White Salmon and then a hop, skip, and jump to the City of Hood River. So you had the outdoor wonder of Husum, combined with the conveniences of a slightly larger cities! The garage access is additionally great if you have gear to store/secure.

The house was new construction, very clean very spacious. My family couldn’t be more happy. We got lucky on this one.
