This home features sweeping views of Lake Winnebago, outdoor hot tub and convenient lake access. 4 miles to EAA, close to downtown. Bedrooms have queen beds, two with additional bunk beds plus an open bonus room with pull out couch brings the sleeping total to 12 adults. Bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms are brand new! High end appliances, tiled bathrooms, jetted tub, and even a Laundry room that was used for a Speed Queen washer/dryer shoot.

The space
The house is big and open, around 4,000 sq/ft! The bedrooms are huge! The open concept living room and kitchen have big windows with beautiful views of Lake Winnebago and Menominee park. The laundry room was used as photo/video shoot set for Speed Queen (and include the brand new, top of the line front loaders for guest use). 4 miles of walking trails around Menominee Park, fishing pier are right out your door. Boat launch, zoo, playgrounds and gorgeous lakefront are all walking distance.

Guest access
The main house living space including 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room and laundry room are exclusively for guest use during your stay. The rec room is a "common area" that the owner may need to use during weekday business hours to access the separate office space above the garage and rec room. Guests can close off the rec room for 100% privacy. Guests may not access the garage and the two rooms above the garage/rec room. If you are staying on a weekend, most likely we will not be around. If you are staying during the week, we may periodically be in and out but make every effort to work remotely. Guests have their own entrance and the owners will only enter through the garage if necessary.
