Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the whole house, with the exception of a couple supply closets.

It is a classical neighborhood with stately homes.
Getting Around:
This part of town is best travelled via car.
Other Things to Note:
*Guests must be 25 years old to rent "The Southern Mansion".
*Guest ID may be requested and required to avoid cancellation.
* Smoking is not allowed INSIDE the house or garage. An additional $200 cleaning fee may be assessed to professionally remove the smoke smell.

This was the perfect home base for my family and the groomsmen for my son’s wedding! The wedding was beautiful and the house was close to the wedding and reception venue. Matt was great and accommodating. He is also funny! our only regret is that we didn’t get to spend more time at the property because we were gone most of the time with the wedding activities. Wonderful, large home! Thanks for sharing your home with us Matt!!

Great location with access to Huntsville in every direction! The hosts were responsive and helpful… and the property was a great home base for our family during an important wedding. Perfect place to rest, prepare, and spend time loved ones while in town. The workout equipment and game room was a big hit, and grilling burgers on the back porch was better than going out! Would book this property 10/10 times again!
