About this house rental
Whether you are visiting your family members at MSU or Sheppard AFB, this house is only minutes to either location. Brand new grocery store just opened and is minutes away as well. You can be in Dallas or OKC in a couple hours. The house was just completed updated and have a roll in shower for those who don't like showering in a tub. Speaking of tubs, the new tub is one of the largest/deepest available for the space of a standard tub. When it is time to sleep, you will find some of the most comfortable mattress: The king is an all organic Avocado Mattress, one of the Queens is a Bear Hybrid and the other is a Dream Cloud Premier. Even the Full size is a Awara Premier Organic Mattress, and the Twin Sparrow will not disappoint in comfort. With two living areas, the kids can watch TV or play games in one and the adults can be in another. There is a nice 4 person table in the eat in kitchen area and a larger dining table in the formal dining room. The dining table will expand to allow for a comfortable 10 people experience. For the chef in the group the Induction stove top is a great experience. You must use the high quality All-Clad stainless steel pans to allow the heat to function. Great safety feature, and better cooking experience. The new oven has built in Air-Fry for those trying to eat healthier. We have provide the Hybrid coffee pot that allows you to use pods (limited amount supplied) or use it to brew a full pot of coffee. You will have access to the two car garage with opener in the rear of the house - access is via paved alleyway. You can walk the alleyway to MSU in about 10 minutes

We were in Wichita Falls for our son’s flight school graduation. There were 5 adults and we were able to spread out in all the bedrooms. Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood, excellent amenities. We rented a full size SUV and were able to fit it in the garage. Rabbits visited in the yard. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.
