Welcome to our fantastic 5th-floor oceanfront studio just steps to the ocean and in the heart of the world's most famous beach... Daytona Beach! Enjoy miles of sand. Our studio features a spacious balcony. A gym, BBQ grills and more. Wifi and TV for entertainment in the room. If you're looking to learn how to surf or if you're here for a good time this summer you're in the heart of the fun. Less than 1 mile from all of the action here in Daytona Beach.
Just inside our beachside condo, you are greeted with an open and airy floor plan. The small kitchenette has all that you need to prepare a small meal. A small dinning area for gathering or eating a meal and a dedicated work desk are all included.
Guests have full access to all amenities on property. With tons of things to do around Daytona, you are sure to find things to keep busy.
Guests must check in at the front desk to obtain a parking pass. The front desk is not used for any housekeeping as this is a private unit.

Overall great experience. Only downfall is that they wanted motorcycles in correl only. Pretty sure we paid for a parking spot and wanted closer to elevator to carry stuff. Will be back next year and want the same room!

In a great area, easy to walk to the beach, quiet, quaint, and the indoor pool is nice. Amenities were great and the view is very good. Only complaint is that the sound insulation isn’t great so noisy neighbors will keep you up all night.

Check in was a desaster didnt get any check in directions so 2am we were still outside trying to get the code! As soon as we got to the elevator it smelled so bad of cigarettes and stale booze we wanted to find another place! But we stuck it out! The room was good for the price and it did have a good view,the 2nd night was another 2am wake up due to a raging party down the hall, this place is a cheap party resort and i didn't know,next time we will stay somewhere else
